KOMPAS.com – The gap between theory in the lecture hall and real needs in the industrial world is still a big challenge for the world of higher education in Indonesia, including the Islamic Religious Higher Education (PTKI) ecosystem.
In order to bridge this distance and open more equal access to digital economic opportunities, the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia and the Pijar Foundation are collaborating to integrate talent innovation programs.
Pijar Foundation and the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia signed a Cooperation Agreement to integrate the Future Talent Hub with PRIMA (Professional Readiness Through Internship and Mentorship for Academics) Internship in Islamic Religious Higher Education or PTKI.
这两个项目的整合旨在为 PTKI 学生建立更完整的工作准备途径，从基于行业需求的学习、导师协助、通过项目和案例研究进行评估，到结构化的实习经历。
通过此次合作，未来人才中心实施的学习和人才发展模式将与 PTKI 的政策、学术体系和 PRIMA 实习实施保持一致。
这样，学生不仅获得了实习机会，而且在进入工作环境之前获得了相关培训。
This agreement strengthens PTKI’s Future Talent Hub and PRIMA Internship as a talent development pathway that connects government, universities, curriculum and industry.
It is also hoped that this collaboration can help universities adapt the learning process to developments in the world of work without abandoning the academic strength and character of religious higher education.
该签署是由宗教部 PTKI 主任 Syahiron Syamsuddin 教授和 Pijar 基金会执行董事 Cazadira Fediva Tamzil 在淡马锡基金会对雅加达的一系列访问期间（2026 年 9 月 6 日）签署的。
宗教部将支持未来人才中心与PTKI的PRIMA实习政策和制度对接，与大学协调，鼓励将基于实践的学习融入学术体系，并促进学生的社会化和动员。
同时，皮贾尔基金会将带来课程、模块、基于行业的学习平台、基于项目的评估、技术援助以及通过未来人才中心开发的商业和工业合作伙伴网络。
通过这种角色划分，未来人才中心和 PRIMA 实习 PTKI 不再作为两个独立的项目运行。 The two are connected to form a series of learning and work experiences that help students prepare for the transition from campus to the professional world.
“It is not enough for students to just master theory, but also need to have skills that are relevant to industry needs, including digital skills. Collaboration with the Pijar Foundation is an important breakthrough to expand”Internship opportunities for PTKI students so that they gain additional skills and are better prepared to enter the world of work after graduating,” said Prof. Syahiron.

该项目旨在通过实践学习、指导、基于真实案例的项目、职业发展和实习机会，帮助学生获得更贴近行业需求的学习经验。
