三宝垄，KOMPAS.com – 中爪哇省政府已在 2026 年拨出 1.7 万亿印尼盾的村政府财政援助 (Bankeupemdes)。
预算主要来自机动车税收入，将用于支持村庄设施和基础设施的发展。
中爪哇省Dispermadesdukcapil村政府发展部门负责人Eko Sukoco表示，Bankeupemdes资金将分发到中爪哇省29个地区的13,093个点。
“2026年Bankeupemdes金额为1.7万亿印尼盾。这来自中爪哇省APBD，主要由当地原始收入，特别是机动车税支持。因此社区已缴纳的税款将返还给社区，其中之一是通过对村庄设施和基础设施的财政援助，”Eko周一（15/6/2026）在一份书面声明中表示。

据他介绍，这笔援助用于支持村庄社区福利的各种发展活动，从修建道路、桥梁、灌溉渠道到教育、社会、文化和体育设施。
Eko explained that the value of Bankeupemdes had increased compared to the previous year.
In 2025, the aid allocation will be recorded at around IDR 1.6 trillion, while in 2026 it will increase to IDR 1.7 trillion.
“这是省政府对村庄关注的一种形式。我们相信，通过这次援助流转的资金将对村庄经济产生乘数效应。”他说。
每个村庄收到的援助金额各不相同，从 5000 万印尼盾到 2 亿印尼盾不等，具体取决于所开展活动的类型。
除了实体发展外，该计划预计还将通过雇用当地社区的劳动力和使用材料来鼓励当地经济的复苏。

Bankeupemdes 的受益者之一是三宝垄县 Banyubiru 村。
2025年，该村将获得援助，在多个村落修建排水堤和挡崖堤。
Banyubiru 村村长 Sri Anggoro Siswaji 表示，总计 2 亿印尼盾的援助用于在 Cerbonan 和 Tegalwuni 村修建排水沟。

He explained that all work was carried out with a community empowerment pattern.
Funds entering the village account are managed together with the Activity Implementation Team (TPK) by involving local workers and purchasing m材料来自村里的商店。
